Wheat farmer sees open Cuba as a boon to region's farmers

Open trade between American farmers and Cuban consumers hasn't been a
reality for nearly five decades.

But some on the Palouse say agricultural interests are closer to an open
market with the country than at any point during America's 47-year-old
embargo with the Castro regime.
